Nomi Meets with Deputy Counsel Norma Abbene

Through the success of the family justice centers in Brooklyn, Queens and the Bronx, and the partnerships the Office of the Mayor has built to prevent the horrific cycles of labor and sexual trafficking, New York City has been looked to as a model program by other cities such as Seattle.
