Welcome Rhoda Belleza, Nomi Wire’s new Editor-in-Chief!

Nomi Network welcomes Rhoda Belleza as the new Editor-in-Chief. She first learned about Nomi Network through co-founder Diana Mao and volunteer Joyce Guinto, and was inspired to leverage her background in communication to empower survivors of sex trafficking.

She recently moved to New York from Seattle, she worked for the YWCA as a writing instructor for homeless youth. Rhoda worked closely with case managers to recruit and employ homeless youth while encouraging them to explore writing as a creative expression outlet. Ever passionate about writing, she joins the Nomi Network team in hopes of strengthening our online presence. Nomi Wire writers are excited to have her on board and use this experience as an opportunity to refine their own writing skills.
