Nomi Network Confirmed as Echoing Green Fellowship Semi-Finalist

Barely half a month into the New Year and it’s already an incredibly happy one as Nomi Network has been selected as a semi-finalist for the Echoing Green Fellowship. Echoing Green, a non-profit organization that identifies tomorrow’s visionary social entrepreneurs and provides them with seed money to nurture their start-up organizations. In the past they have provided support to Wendy Kopp of Teach for America, Michael Brown of City Year, Mark Hanis of Genocide Intervention Network, and Karen Tse of International Bridges to Justice.

Echoing Green received a record 2,854 fellowship applications this year, and through an extremely competitive process only the 7% moved on to the semi final round. If Nomi Network is successful in securing this fellowship, Echoing Green would provide $60,000 in capital over two years for Nomi Network. Just as exciting would be access to additional support opportunities—such as conferences led by organizational development leaders, technical support, pro bono partnerships, and network of community of like-minded social entrepreneurs and public service leaders.
